Requirements:
• A bachelor degree in administration, or a related field
• Work experience as a tele caller, telemarketing, or a similar role in the sales department
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to work in a team, or individually as and when required,
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills,
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Calling and explaining the product, and services offered by the company
• Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same
• Asking question to the customer and understanding their specification
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
• Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customer
