Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Executive will help to drive sales through Averda, qualifying and following-up on quality leads generated from inbound emails and telephone enquiries.
The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the wider sales team to identify and convert high quality sales leads. Key duties will include working to set KPIs, creating and qualifying sales leads, following up on sales enquiries from customers, setting up appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers.
The chosen candidate will be persuasive, committed to achieving sales goals and able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
This role is based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
Key Accountabilities:
Telesales
Manage, maintain and review the data on Salesforce CRM database
Develop in-depth knowledge of the Averda service offerings
Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website, emails and inbound calls
Identify and qualify potential inbound and outbound leads and decision-makers
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and campaigns
Call the leads and communicate our services based on the potential customer needs
Sales Support
Book meetings for potential customers with Senior Sales Executive and Sales Manager
Send quotations if requested after consulting Senior Sales Executives and or Sales Manager
Accurately record the details of all sales activity after each call in the Salesforce CRM system to give clear visibility of results and the current sales pipeline

Essential
Degree qualified
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal or external sales role
Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs
Demonstrable ability to convert prospects and close deals
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MENA region
Fluent in English
Excellent telephone sales
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
Desirable
Fluent in Arabic, Hindi or Urdu
