Provide strategic HR direction to the universityBusiness partner with senior management on recruitment, reward, learning & development and employee relations activities and strategyCreate and implement policies and procedures in line with governmental and labour law requirementsAlong side the existing HR team develop manpower planImplement effective HRIS systemAttract, train and develop Emirati talent in the UniversityAnalyse compensation & benefits strategyCollaborate with external HR consultanciesDesign innovative strategies to attract global talent to the University
Profile
MUST have previous experience working in a strategic HR role in a University in the Gulf (5+years) Without this experience you will not be considered. This is a strategic level role that will act as a Consultant to the University so previous experience in this capacity would be beneficial.10-15 years experience in a HR roleBachelors degree and HR certification is a MUST, a Masters degree will be desirableSharjah based candidates are idealProven experience in HR strategy and building relationships with senior stakeholdersProfessional English communication with clear presentation skills and influence senior figures
Job Offer
A competitive salary on offer between AED 40,000 - AED 45,000 total per month plus family benefits.
