الوصف ومتطلبات الوظيفة Provide Administrative support to CCE&CS;office Responsibilities & Accountabilities -Organize office set-up regularly -Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests. - Provide refreshments to guests when appropriate. -Check/Ensure all office equipment’s such as personal work computer, photocopy machine are ready for use. -Assist lecturer in their needs such as: a. print/copy learning materials b. sort/arrange the prepared learning materials. c. delivered/distribute the copy materials when needed. -Record training evaluation course in system (data entry). -Keeping records of placement tests. -Data entry of each project. -Assisting in the operation and keeping record of the projects -Receive/transfer telephone calls. -Perform regular inventory of office supplies.
