• Under the direction of the management team consisting of the Facilities Manager the fundamental duties of the Cook include responsibility for basic food preparation
• To Plan the Duties and preparing the food with compromise on Health & Safety
• To ensure the availability of required items to prepare the food, proper access to the job in coordination with the Assistant Cook/Helper.
• To coordinate with the fellow members like Assistant Cooks, Delivery personal etc. for all the supporting activities.
• To do regular check on housekeeping of his working areas on day to day basis and keep the work area clean always.
• To use the personal productive devices (PPE) and also the Kitchen tools & Equipment’s as per the HSE/Food Hygiene department instructions.
• To maintain & take care of the given company assets like all machineries, tools & gas lines etc. for the optimum utilization.
• To maintain the discipline, mutual relationship with each other and follow the organization culture, policies & procedures inside the company premises including the Accommodation as well.
