Job Description To develop and achieve enhanced sales volume in line with strategy on a continuous basis Ensure increase in market share through market penetration in newer markets and new clients To increase product sales, ensuring sufficient coverage and distribution based on market segments and consumer preferences Provide sales / demand forecast in line with budgets on monthly basis To achieve top line revenue / Gross Margins and collection of dues as agreed line set targets Evolve effective review mechanism to ensure sales staff meets their individual targets Ensure a proper methodology is adhered for submittals and quotations To effectively design customized presentation to external customers to create awareness To monitor and ensure an effective customer complaint system to full customer satisfaction. Undertake joint developmental activities with Technical team for Product development, Product modifications and launches. Build effective MIS capturing vital information that can be leveraged for organizational growth. Generate and review periodically Stock and Cost and Sales reports. Ensure ISO Process Audits are conducted and improvements are implemented Play an integral role by monitoring sales staff growth by advancing their career plans through In / Out house trainings. Ensure Health and Safety measures are maintained and communicated to team all the time Ensure compliance in a timely manner on all customer related hygiene related issues like valid Trade License, Account Identify individual Team member’s Training Needs and liaise with L&D;for organizing them |
