Looking for someone with BE Mech/Automobile background with at least 10 to 15 years of experience with Managerial/Team handling skills and from Automotive background.
Scope of Work:
1. Improve quality across plant by reducing DPV for finished products
2. Ensure adherence to CP matrices quality parameters-100%
3. New product development- ensuring adherence of must points-100%.
4. Ensuring ZERO NC in QMS & EMS.
5. Prepare QE Budget & manage all expenses within 95% of allocated amount.
6. Achieve value engineering target per executive per year.
7. Reducing Failure per Vehicle and Warranty cost per Vehicle in 12 MIS & 3 MIS (Months in Service) by facilitating the team to carry out failure analysis and implement countermeasures and coordinating with all functions (Product development, Sourcing & Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and domestic/overseas plants. (Target :3 FPV in 12 MIS) [FPV ? Failure Per Vehicle, MIS ? Months in Service]
8. Drive Quality consciousness across overseas Suppliers and improve incoming Parts PPM
9. Ensure implementation of TQM practices across Plants (TQM roadmap)
10. Standardization of manufacturing process across products/ plants.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensuring adherence of CP matrices by setting parameters to different Quality groups / clusters to achieve specified / required results.
2. Enhancing the Skill / competency of team members.
?Listing down the training requirement of Quality Executives / Inspectors on different level & arrange training in consultation with HR.
3. Improving Product Quality
?Monitoring the current Product Quality level to find out the Gap. Based on the requirement fine tune the process & impose control mechanism to address the gap.
4. Capex controlling.
?Estimate the budgetary requirement and control the expenses within the allotted budget.

Stop the manufacturing of product if not meeting quality requirement. Recommend Disciplinary action to HR against employees for misbehave, & not following company rules.
Major process changes to resolve customer complaints and improve reliability. Recommend Employee promotions & New appointments.
Job allocation & Rotation of the team members within the group to meets the business objectives Involving suppliers to work on counter measure action and process improvements
