The holder of this job position is responsible for smooth and accurate delivery of orders to customers. The picker is responsible for, but not limited to preparing the orders received while also providing substitutes for missing products.

Primary responsibilities
• Selecting and packing customer requested products to fulfill customer orders
• Providing correct substitutes of missing products for customer to choose
from
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth and timely
delivery of orders
• Responsible to perform duties as per companies standard operating
instructions while insuring all outgoing deliveries are accurate and defect free.
• Providing correct payment receipts with each order prepared for delivery
• Following safety and hygiene procedures while preparing customer’s order

- Able to perform multiple tasks with high level of focus
- High level of accuracy
- Proficient with electronic tablets
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently or in groups
