Supervision of team members engaged in captive back office who are engaged in the following functions
Reconciliation of operations system against finance system
Reconciliation of re-insurance accounts against book balance (Finance system balance)
Reconciliation of third party (Payable and Receivable)
Bank reconciliation (bank statement against books)
Making balance sheet & P & L schedule
Arriving at outstanding by matching closed transaction
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
