Position Title: Production Technician
Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Job Summary/Main Purpose/Tasks
• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Perform job as per managerial instructions.
Main Responsibilities
Functional competency
• Follow instructions from Line Boss/Supervisor.
• Good knowledge of productivity.
• Good knowledge of MFM and MPI.
• Monitor concerned Production/Packaging process.
• Follow instructions from Line Boss/Supervisor and co-ordinate with the colleagues.
• Train new machine operators for handling the machine.
• Co-ordinate with the Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene & GMP standards in the area.
• Perform operations according to the (MFM/MPI) under supervision of Supervisor/Line Boss.
• Clean area and equipment according to SOP.
• Maintain all related logbooks and records.
• Maintain hygienic and cGMP standards in the production area.
• Report any deviation to Line Boss/Supervisor.
• Communicate machine problem with Line Boss/Supervisor and co-ordinate with Maintenance Dept.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an operator in Pharmaceutical Company is desirable.
• Written and verbal communication skills for English language.
• Computer knowledge.
• Work in any shifts or time schedule
