Job Description :
Plan, coordinate and prepare construction cost estimates primarily for design build.
Review project specification, drawings and attend meetings to determine the scope of work.
On design build projects, coordinate the required pricing documents with the project team.
Made adjustments to figures based on scope changes.
Prepare a detailed estimate and summary for review by the project team.
Maintaining files and record of work.
