Position Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

Salary: up to 2.9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus overtime

About the Client:
A leading American Pizza brand Franchise Group, based within KSA with operations globally
Job Description:
Manage team of minimum 5 multinationals on a daily basis of PJP operations
Able to aim and report on revenue targets, different revenue streams (Home delivery, dine in, Take away), different costs (food cost, profit, labor cost, etc)
Lead the team in ensuring they deliver excellent customer service at all times possible
Take the lead in addressing customer special requests, inquiries, complains and manage quick, positive resolution
Oversee rotation on schedules, employee requests on duty hours and extensions as needed
المهارات
Qualifications:
45 years old and below
At least 1 year of work experience as a shift manager or team leader and minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B;Immediate joiners will be prioritized
