CREATIVE CHEF
We are looking for people who are ultra-driven, extremely self-disciplined, and creative. The ideal candidate is someone who constantly raises standards higher and gets out of their comfort zone daily
RESPONSIBILITIES
Presentation and serving of nutrition values dishes
Control food safety according to standards and regulations
Set up working environment
Always provide extreme hygiene and cleanliness
Control that food is on stock and act according to the needs
Order food according to the plan
Control that food is delivered in time and has appropriate nutrition label and food packaging
Control that food is delivered according to our standards and requirements
Follow prescribed procedures in setting up hot and cold food
Processing customer payments at the checkout points
Solve unexpected problems individually and successfully
Always provide great customer service in polite and professional manner
Explain to customers about nutrition values of food, allergies, food intolerance, and nutrition in general
Explain customers difference between meals and help them to make the right food choice
Constantly promote healthy lifestyle, healthy food, and sport
Learn daily about food service management, health in general, nutrition and physical training so you can provide excellent customer service
Communicate with food agency and arrange new deliveries and orders in time
Explain to the food agency our requirements and expectations clearly and precisely
Provide guidance and training to new employees performing related duties
المهارات
+5 years of working experience as a Chef
Bachelor of Food service management or relevant field
Excellent knowledge of food safety requirements
Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality service standards
Good knowledge about nutritional value of food, nutrition, healthy food, food allergies, intolerances, sanitation, and hygiene
Excellent ability in helping customers to make better healthy food choice
Great interest in health, nutrition, and fitness industry
Living healthy lifestyle - actively engaged in sport and healthy food
Extremely involved in professional and personal development, continuously improving skills daily
Great ability in promoting health, sport, and nutrition
Extremely developed work ethic
Outstanding customer service, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and hardworking person
Team player
Highly organized person
Strong attention to details
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
English language - minimum C1 level in speaking, listening, and writing
Covid vaccinated is mandatory
