Electrical Technician Vacancy
Experience criteria:
• 10 - 12 years in the UAE, experience as Electrician Technician
• Experience in residential, commercial and/or retail properties.
• Worked for a Facilities Management company.
• Able to perform both reactive repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• LV/ SMDB, Busbar and Capacitor bank experience.
• Follows the preferred health, safety and environmental practices at all times.
• Ensures tasks are completed as per specification and quality.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and load schedules.
• Has a methodical and analytical thought process.
• Able to perform condition surveys, snags and site based inspections.
• Duty flexibility and teamwork is essential.
• Knowledge on different types of Building management systems.
• Worked on a CAFM platform such as Archibus, Maximo and Concept 500.
• Provides technical/ strategic reports and advises rectification, solutions or recommendations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Holds valid UAE driver’s license.
• Post will be based in Abu Dhabi.
