1.Who we are

Brinc was first founded in Hong Kong back in 2014 and then expanded to 80+ employees over 9 locations across the globe as we are operating through nine offices including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Barcelona, Bahrain, Poland, India, Australia, Singapore, and San Francisco. Our core concept is to invest in and support game-changing startups via the utilization of emerging technologies to solve the world’s most significant problems. Brinc is one of the most active venture accelerators in the world, with 19 specialized programs and a portfolio of over 180 startups from 35+ countries. The work we do with corporations is to accelerate the pace of change and growth by engaging with the startup ecosystem. In addition, we have a global network of 100,000+ startups, co-investors, corporates, universities, and governments.

Since the opening of Brinc MENA in 2018 in Bahrain, we have heavily impacted the startup ecosystem as we partnered with local partners such as Tamkeen, the Economic Development Board, and Batelco, where we helped more than 185 entrepreneurs and 1565 startup concepts to take shape & solidify. Furthermore, at Brinc, we have helped in building the foundations of a fast-growing startup ecosystem in the region at large with a regional presence in KSA, Oman, and the UAE

2.What you will do

The Strategy team is responsible for identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitching goods and services to new clients, and maintaining good working relationships with new contacts.

3.Who you are

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy Associate who will be supporting the different business operations in developing relationships and sales leads with universities, corporates, and government entities within MENA.

4.Key responsibilities

Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment, including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique business opportunities
Support in the design and implementation of insight-driven strategies from opportunity identification through to experience implementation, including project work, managing data, setting objectives, project profitability, and timeline execution
Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive Strategy with target buyers
Create presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and influencers to position our value proposition.
Manage program logistics, scheduling, and events
Participate in sales and marketing related efforts, including webinars, in-person presentations, speaking engagements, trade shows, and conferences
Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved
Scope and prepare SOWs and proposals independently, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and how Brinc’s capabilities can uniquely address those needs.
Assist in launching new acceleration verticals, including Food Tech, Industry 4.0, and Web 3.0.
Research a broad cross-section of innovation verticals, startup activity, and trends within those areas of interest
Source and consolidate information for portfolio and industry reports that address areas of interest for innovation leaders
Build well organized and polished deliverables that elegantly convey data insights and unique conclusions based on Brinc expertise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and build repeatable and efficient processes for research and report development
Conduct accelerator mentorship sessions in areas of expertise
Scheduling and coordinating corporate services appointments.
Assisting with all corporate services logistics
Training and management of strategy interns where needed.
