الوصف الوظيفي Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Job Code: 053/001/451 Location: Dubai Salary: Based on experience Industry: Logistics Job Purpose: – To engage well with customers to sell our client’s logistics solutions and services, driving business development activities including developing, and managing project partner programs. – A result-driven team leader who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the External Sales Team to achieve the team’s sales goal. – Experienced in Ocean Freight or Air Freight Sales in MENA region. This role requires significant interaction with clients to sell our client’s logistics services while building relationships with external customers. Job Responsibilities: – Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities. – Leverage all channels (external and internal partners) to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts. – Direct, coordinate, and review sales activities including creation and execution of a yearly sales plan. – Excellent presentation skills for sales calls and managing follow-up. – Lead and meet sales goals, negotiation, meeting customer needs. – Maintain and keep the good business relationship proposing efficient work process to the key client. – Maintain up to date logistics industry knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks. – Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team and developing/implementing a timeline to achieve individual sales target. Job Requirements: – 10+ years of experience in Ocean or Air Freight Sales or Business development in MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Logistics field. – Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or any related business course. – Proven track of sales background and achievements. – Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. – Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature. – Has experience working in global / large scale of logistics companies. – Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels (C-Level, Managers, Staff). – Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills. – Excellent Microsoft Proficiency (PPT/Excel/Word).
