Looking for a Key Account Manager – Sales
Experience 8-10 years in Merchandising, Sales, Retail / Key account sales (FMCG experience mandatory)
Job Responsibilities.
• Liaising with suppliers/principals and Division Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and execution to improve market share.
• Perform sales activities in major accounts and negotiates trade agreements and discounts in consultation with the Sales Manager.
• Manages personnel and develops sales and support staff
• Annual and monthly sales forecasting.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures
• Assist Sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with the top decision-makers.
• Conduct periodical sales meetings according to set schedules.
• Organize yearly vacation plan, staff transfer and vacation replacement for sales staff
• Ensure that operations comply with company rules and initialize penalty for violations
• Approve sales invoices / GRVs / GEVs / temporary displays
• Control Market return within the agreed limit
