DESCRIPTION
Do you want to join a team of globally renowned and award-wining Designers and Technologists, who are passionate about what they do and how they do it? Do you want to play a key role building strong business / technology relationships, taking a ‘hands on’ approach to define a culture of continuous improvement, while being accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction and the management of expectations?
Responsibilities
You will own the delivery of multiple complex, end-to-end digital transformation engagements across different clients from different industry sectors
You will bring a wealth of technical and engineering experience enabling you to create, present and advocate solution architectures and approaches with deep technical details; you will conduct solution architecture review/audit and calculate and present ROI
You will be responsible for the full project initiation and life cycle: lead management, qualification for the bid/financing, drive solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery and execution governance
You will apply your previous experience as a hands-on technology practitioner and will suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes, as well leverage technology to provide better user experiences
You will run multiple delivery streams and clients, to ensure governance at top management level and conduct governance project meetings and identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
You will manage & grow a team of Technology Delivery Managers - provide coaching, mentoring and development support, in order to drive up delivery capability across the department
You will ensure consistent weekly planning / reporting cycle including clear reporting of progress towards vision & goals, deliverables & features, issues, risk & resource allocation across the engagement
You will be responsible for managing customer expectations and relationships, looking for opportunities to up/ cross-sell products and services through relationship management
Requirements
Experience across different industry sectors and verticals (experience in insurance, life sciences or pharmaceuticals, highly desirable, but not essential)
Ability to apply a mix of business knowledge and delivery practices to projects to achieve the best results
Proven experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
