The Consumer Marketing Lead MENA is accountable for driving business results – growing brand preference, household penetration, market share and sales. This team lead will also be responsible for integrating various transformational initiatives into the current business and implementing new business models such as subscription, direct to consumer sales and B2B2C partnerships. You are responsible for Delivering on yearly business targets : Helping to manage the full brand P&L;Managing long term outlook for the business and translate that vision across functions Developing Yearly Business Market Combination Plan and 3 Year Strategic Plan of Record Supporting the development of multi-year strategic plans for the Brand Driving competitive advantage with new and up to date insights Teaming up with global Category and E2E teams to develop portfolio and new marketing platforms Working with the Global Upstream colleagues to ensure that innovations are relevant to MENA Consumers Help crafting the long-term MENA Innovation Roadmap Collaborating with the Global Marketing team to develop winning creative campaigns and assets Facilitate cross-functional Brand and category reviews to identify issues and opportunities Brief in and assess quality of Regional Marketing Activation plans Optimizing Go to Market strategy to stay ahead of competition Demonstrating Customer-First Mindset via Distributor/Retailer/ETailer Specific Go – To – Market Activation strategy (Product roadmap and Marketing/Promo Plan) Working closely with Sales planning to execute launches, promo plans & key account specific programs You are a part of MENA Leadership Team. You will develop and coach overall teams while working across MENA region by stimulating entrepreneurial appetite throughout the commercial organization. You are also expected to establish effective working relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies and partners. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor degree; MBA preferred English is a must, additionally Arabic speaking is preferred, People management experience, 15+ yrs of experience preferably in brand management and/or product marketing management. Demonstrated passion for putting the Consumer at the center of all that is done Working knowledge of latest Digital Trends related to business models and activation channels Drive to take Initiative and Ownership Data Driven Decision Making and problem-solving Lead and inspire cross-functional teams Ability to connect the dots between responsibilities and business strategy Excellent Stakeholder and Sr Management Influence Sense of urgency, adaptability and drive Creativity and entrepreneurship, unwilling to accept status quo In return, we offer you A path towards your most rewarding career.
