Inventory Control & Customer Service Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1) Preparation of daily reports

2) Research of recorded inventory adjustments and inventory shrink issues for determination of cause.

3) Monthly coordination of physical inventories.

4) Develop, implement and manage proper inventory control procedures and processes to ensure inventory accuracy.

5) Examine, recommend and implement systems, controls, procedures and policies that improve inventory efficiency and accountability.

6) Supervise the daily cycle counting function and conduct causative analysis.

7) Work collaboratively with a variety of departments.

8) Keeps back order file in established sequence and releases back orders for issue or shipment as stock becomes available.

9) Coordinates and researches product missing or placed in incorrect location.

10) Directs and coordinates physical inventory.
