Previous experience as a HR Business Partner. Job-Specific Skills: Change Management, Organisational Development, Management Development, Performance/Compensation Management, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Mentoring/Coaching, Human Capital Metrics Analytical skills, financial modeling skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.
