* Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC for interior fit out work only.

* High education level required in engineering certificates with interior fit out background.

* QA/QC training certificate is a must.

- Ensuring Milestone 1 & 2 will be achieved as per the target schedule

- Prepare Daily QA/QC report

- Prepare Weekly QA/QC report

- Prepare QA/QC monthly report

- Prepare KPI report for the project

• In charge of Inspection for the daily activities of Contractor for architectural finishing, joinery/fit-out activities in coordination with other disciplines/trades.

• Ensure that the QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and ITP’s are fully implemented at project site.

• Conduct Material Inspection Request (MIR) delivered on site, to ensure they are according to the set storing on standards and conditions for maintaining the quality of material as per approved materials.

• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire Project which are MS, ITP, RA, WIR, MDS, NCR including approved Material and Sample Submittal and MEP Clearance.
