• Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CGA or CMA), with 15+ years of experience within a large complex multi-site organization.
• Skilled in Process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation.
• Combination of accounting, business process and system knowledge of financial systems – knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP is mandatory. Exposure to other ERP solutions (i.e. SAP Ariba, EBS) are a plus.
• Collaborative leadership skills working with others to identify issues, design solutions, follow up with action, and evaluate results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to comprehend complex issues and present information in concise meaningful ways.
• Experience with participatory methods, questionnaires is preferred.
• Strong computer and financial application skills including ability to productively use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications
• 10 years of experience in Process re-engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP Solutions using industry standard best practices.
