Business Development Manager

We are hiring Business Development Manager
We are offering you a great opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated and well-experienced team at Al Himayah Insurance Brokerage – Dubai Office.
You will also be supported by tools and specialized trainings that provide mentorship and development opportunities to help you enrich your knowledge and skills throughout your career.
We will rely on you to:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting market research and creating risk analysis to identify client needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions
• Customize insurance solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Deliver engaging presentations
What you need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with relevant work
• Experience within insurance is a must
• Fluent in English is a must, Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Monthly Income:
Fixed salary + attractive commission
