• Developing, overseeing, and managing the budget for the IT department.
• Managing and maintaining the #telecom and #pasystem.
• Generating purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software.
• Documenting and addressing server, desktop, and laptop issues by reporting faults and maintaining comprehensive logs.
