Job Location – Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 6000 – 10000 + Sales Commission + Car & Fuel Allowance
Industry – Poultry / FMCG
Job Requirement-
• Any Bachelor’s degree / Animal Science, Poultry Science or related degree preferred
• 5- 7 years of Poultry sales and business development experience in UAE
• Must have experience handling sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have valid UAE driving license
Job Role -
• Identify key customers within their areas and propose plan to introduce new products and increase size of business with them
• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve the company’s annual sales target
• Responsible for B2B sales with high volume customers.
• Increase the distribution coverage by opening new accounts and evaluating their potential.
• Developing a territory business plan
• Ensure orders are communicated to sales coordinators accurately and on time.
• Route planning for sales representatives.
• Ensuring account receivables are collected on time.
• Manage territory goals by prospecting, following up, and maintaining clients
