Minimum Competency requirements
• A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum Ten (10) years relevant experience in offshore oil & gas industry.
• Nominated personnel shall possess relevant theoretical and practical knowledge as well as practical experience in the field of HSE, Risk Management, Process safety,
• Shall also possess minimum eight (8) year experience of chairing/ Participation in HAZID / HAZOP / QRA / PHSER / SIL / SIMOPS / HSECES session/Studies in oil and gas industry.
• Possess minimum eight (8) years of experience in EIA studies in offshore (or onshore depending on the nature of) oil and gas industry Must be fully familiar with international codes & standards to be applied during EPC phase of projects.
• Good communication skills (read / write / speak) in English
• Sound Knowledge of international codes and standards applicable for the works
• Knowledge of HSE regulations
• Familiarity with Client’s standards is preferable
• Previous approval by the client is preferable
