•Develop and implement marketing strategy for the Holding Company and each of its Subsidiaries.
• Develop and oversee implementation of the brand guidelines for each brand within the Group.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group marketing budgets and establish mechanisms to track spend leveraging synergies across the group to maintain costs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with PR & media channels in order to promote positive image of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
• Lead market research and analyse data in order to recommend strategies to improve marketing activities.
• Lead and guide participation in corporate and public events on behalf of the Group.
• Implement appropriate measures to ensure all digital media such as website, intranet and social media interface for each company are in line with the marketing strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of internal and external corporate communications in order to ensure all content is in line the tone of voice of each brand. • Develop and oversee the implementation of the Group’s CSR strategy and represent the company in all CSR related activities / events.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/PR/ related field
• 15+ years experience
• 5+ years experience in a managerial role
• 2+ years in a lead marketing role with a Holding Company/Property Developer/ Real Estate in UAE.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
• Knowledge of latest marketing techniques & trends• Cross functional collaboration
