The position applies extensive product, technical, and application expertise to promote architectural hardware products. The position establishes strong relationships with the Architectural and Design communities and services this group.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maximizes companies growth in sales volume, gross profit and industry position, with a particular focus on a new business development from Specification Sales
• Proactively develops relationships with architects, interior designers, spec writers, owners, construction managers and general contractors to increase preference and demand for companies products and systems. Networks within the industry.
• Monitors competitive activity and strategically promotes the companies offering.
• Actively tracks projects in the early design stages to influence the specification. Maintains and regularly updates in the CRM a minimum number of projects where the company is/could be specified.• Communicates and collaborates with Technical departments. Team play is essential with this entrepreneurial individual contributor role.• Expect approximately 30 - 50% travel
المهارات
Prior experience in any construction finishes industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Must have minimum 4 years sales experience.
Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
Valid UAE drivers license is a MUST
