looking for business process oriented individual who formalize the flow charts/client requirements in business model as per guidelines & procedures.
Focus area of job duties will be as
• Understanding of Business processes
• Why do we need processes
• How we measure the process and its effectiveness
• Flow of business information
• Knowledge on APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center)
• Knowledge of Business Process Management Standards
• Process Flow Chart (sample process), inquire about process symbols
• How to deal and manage odd requests
• Review of Business process and recommendation for change / approval
• Experience on Business Process Tools
• Linking of KPI to Business Process and Objectives
• Document structure of ISO9001• Document Structure
المهارات
Degree in Business Administration, IT or any related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Similar role
