Thorough Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Understand Software Design Patterns
User Interface / User ExperienceWorking Knowledge of XML and Web Services
DOCUMENTATION:Document Application Process for Future Maintenance and Upgrades
TESTING:
Ensure Software Functions Normally Through Software Maintenance and Testing
Prepare Test Case and Execute Test Plans
Experience Creating SQL Queries
Comfortable Writing and Analyzing SQL Queries Monitor Software Performance Tests
ESSENTIALS:
Ability to Work Independently and Within Groups
Analyze User Needs
Hands-On Software Troubleshooting Experience
Maintain User Manuals and Training Materials
Provide Reports as Necessary
Customer Support and Trace the issue List
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
