Gastronomica is passionate about great eating and great dining experiences, and so we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team based in Dubai. Our successful original dining concepts include, Slider Station, Cocoa Room, Open Flame Kitchen, Roadside Diner, BRW and Burger Boutique are all created in house from the ground up. Our mission is to build our brand name by carving out a niche which focuses on high-quality products that are based on a Unique Total Dining Experience principles.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the right candidate needed to support the aggressive growth strategy of the organization is made available at the right time. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating talent pipelines, ensuring that we have a strong employment brand, marketing our positions effectively, and partnering with leaders to identify future talent needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Principal responsibilities include:
Develop plans and directly recruit for all of our executive level talent
Building a strong employment brand that effectively communicates the organization’s story and increases application flow
Design key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence future directionPrimary Duties and responsibilities:
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Induct the Middle and Senior level employees to the organization
Set Organization wide standard and structured Induction procedure and checklist
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Willing to travel to other locations frequently if required for the operational support or for any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills
Demonstrated exceptional people management and development capabilities, plus a history of leaving an organization stronger than it was before
Strong success of sourcing and directly recruiting strong talent at the executive level
Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management, as well as an expert understanding of the technology industry competitive landscape
Ability to create dashboards to track success and evidence of data use to influence future direction
Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, with a passion for continuous improvement
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or sim
