Key Deliverable:

•Attending support calls/incidents

• Ensuring the Application related processes are completed within SLA

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Main Tasks

• Attending support calls/incidents

• Ensuring the Application related processes are completed within SLA.Deployment and Patching

• Participate in initiatives to optimize applications and related software.

• IT Vendorco­ordination for assigned applications.

المهارات
Strong Techno­Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Self­service, PM), Payroll.

Should have good handstand experience in Fusion application.

Experience in production support within the ITIL Framework.

Very good Knowledge in Oracle ­ SQL & PL/SQL Hands on experience in application support and day to day Oracle EBS application monitoring.

Hands on experience in trouble shooting Oracle EBS related problems on production, Incident Analysis& resolution, and RCA. Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA. Hands on experience in Job scheduling tools, Month end process and Year End process.

Exposure banking domain would be an added advantage.
