In this role, the ideal candidate must have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing sales. Approaching and concentrating on various construction/contractual projects and specifying products with Designers, Consultants and Contractors. The right candidate must have a strong level of professional assertiveness to build relations and close business.
Duties:
• Establishing new business relationships
• Generate demands through specification with architects, designers, consultants and engineers by exploiting Arteco’s unique products.
• Track project specifications through the tender processes to order execution.
• Work closely and develop long term relationship with our principal manufacturers.

• Identifies decision makers at the major accounts
• Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts
• Competitor intelligence
• Responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by developing new and growing existing clientele
Requirements:
• Previous experience in structuring, product specifying and project management
• 3-5 years of experience in specifying ceramics/porcelain tiles, mosaics, kitchen and floor tiles.
• Ability to challenge existing ideas, overcome objectives, problem solve and develop solutions
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a true hunter-mentality
• Must have the ability to work remotely from his other team members • Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work autonomously
