About the Job:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Demand & Supply Manager for Al-Futtaim Motors. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager you will develop a long term order plan by model, channel, grade, colour aligned with annual sales plan and current market challenges and opportunities. You will forecast accurate trend through analysing past trends, feedback from channels & product team to drive optimum MoS (Months of Stock).
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Monthly supply planning for various channels from model to suffix to colour Level and negotiate optimum supply with Toyota Japan
• Develop regular presentation/reports to keep management and all stakeholders informed on current ordering situation, opportunities and challenges ahead
• Usage of SAP – creating purchase orders for approved production and analysis of sales trend by suffix & colour• Prepare & analyse reports to serve business needs

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with around 3 years of experience in supply chain preferably in Automotive industry. You will have an excellent sales planning ability to plan budget and forecast accurate market. You should be able to multi task and manage deadlines, a team player and work without supervision.
