الوصف الوظيفي • Using techniques based on applied behavior analysis (ABA). These include skill acquisition programs and behavior plans to teach children with autism language, play, social, self-help, and academic skills, and reduce the occurrence of maladaptive behaviors • Keeping record up to date on each child’s program • Provide constant guidance with each child’s individual program, based on the recommendations of supervisors The candidate will: • Practice under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) • Have some experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience in working with children with autism is desirable • Put the patient first at all times • Establish a trusting and respectful relationship with patients and family members • Value each person as an individual, respecting their beliefs and being aware of their limitations • Empathize with each individual and strive to provide a high-quality service at all times • Value each person as an individual, respecting their beliefs and being aware of their limitations • Be a dynamic therapist willing to demonstrate a commitment to reflective practice • Have knowledge of a range of assessment tools and evidence of skilled application • Always maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and offer a dependable service المهارات Preferably holds a degree related to the job Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience ideally gained from related industry Knowledge & Skills: Fluent level of spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/behavior-therapist-aba-3760374/ |
