الوصف الوظيفي An excellent opportunity is available with one of the leading banks in the Middle East for a Head of Rewards & Loyalty. This role is responsible for developing and managing all approved allocated budget to deliver Rewards targets and manage the annual marketing budgets for all allocated partners, as well expand Banks portfolio of merchants. Job Contents: Development and implementation of the offer strategy and partnerships roadmap for the Rewards Program. Cards / rewards Loyalty strategy based on our Customer Cards Life Cycle Strategy. manage the cards portfolio management offers internationally and locally. Man the segments strategy in designing tailored offers and promotion. Facilitate and support the marketing and PR events and activities with customer centric offers and portions. Responsible for establishing, developing and implementing strategic plans for our third party partners and rewards agency and optimise them. Establish and maintain strategic plans. Using data driven insights, identify new opportunities for offers and negotiate deals that will drive engagement. Manage end to end promotions process for each partner, including management of the creative process, legal approval, to ensure successful deployment of all partnership initiatives and promotions, working alongside our Rewards agency; also working with the retention communications team. Desired profile: MUST be an Arabic speaker University Graduate from reputable university with good academic background. Minimum 8-10 years in similar roles or in Consumer Banking / Products, with at least 5-7 years experience in Cards Business.
