الوصف الوظيفي - Improve production line efficiency and increase hourly output by de-bottlenecking the production process. - Improving quality of the product by applying six sigma principles. - Ensure full list of Raw Materials is available at all times - Ensure quality of the products produced is managed in alignment with HACCP. - Track Raw material usage, WIP, Finished Goods daily - Report daily on RM usage and compare with stock-on-hand - Find new suppliers and negotiate with current suppliers on prices and payment terms - Handle in-coming orders and dispatch process - Communicate with sales people in forecasting production requirements - Manage and supervise the planning, organizing and directing of production activities - Formulate policies concerning improvement of the present quality standard. - Ensure the efficiency of the standards and procedures of the Company. المهارات - Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of process improvement techniques. - Must demonstrate proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office. - Effective team building and demonstrated leadership skills. - Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels in the organization. *Green Belt Six Stigma *Small business experience الخلفية التعليمية تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/factory-manager-3762867/ |
