Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience from a reputable and busy restaurant chain operation preferably in UAE
BA degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management or Master’s qualification a plus
The job is to ensure smooth operations, to achieve the store development, sales and profit goals through oversight of all aspects of the restaurant
The key function is to increase average store sales through customer satisfaction and to drive operations excellence
Experience mainly in Casual or Fine dining restaurants - Arabic Cuisine and can handle multiple outlets
Strong experience in handling Front of the House, Back of the house operation with strong financial background in the operation e.g. P&L;, food costing
Franchise experience is a plus
Excellent management, negotiation, marketing and presentation skills
Strong planning, budgetary and auditing skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Arabic Computer-literate
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 32,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
