Job Objectives:
To ensure the smooth and uninterrupted provision of IT systems to DSI PJSC.
Responsibilities and duties:
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.
Perform and oversee software and application installation, and upgrades.
Install and improve computer software and network equipment.
Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
Set the daily work plan with the supervision of the network administrator.
Troubleshoot all the problems in the office automation machines (faxes, copiers, printers, etc.)
Check the daily updates for the antivirus.
Administer and make all the necessary updates for the Help Desk and inventory software.
Committed to DSI HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
المهارات
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent Computer Skills.
Excellent knowledge of computer and network systems.
