Responsible for management and coordination of all project specifications, coordination, and preparation of Design Input / Output Validation
Design, generate BOQ and cost estimate for Parking Systems, Gate Barriers, CCTV etc
Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the parking systems
Compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding
Attend clarification meetings with client/consultant.
Send inquiries and coordinate with vendors for offers.
Technically & commercially Evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements.
To meet the tough bidding time frame of clients and internal departments.Knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and Site Management manpower estimation concepts Support the sales team in pre-sales presentations with clients.

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer for our group company into Parking Management. The potential candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in estimation mainly in CCTV or Parking solution product.
