Art Painting Lab, the most active art provider in the UAE is looking for results-driven and goal-oriented sales executives to join our growing team. The sales executives will actively seek out, prospect, call, meet and sell potential clients and prospects. In your capacity as B2B sales representative, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every target market and potential client in order to bring in new art and painting projects for restaurants, hotels, events, interior designers, or any other social establishments. You need to have an existing driving license in order to drive around Dubai and the UAE and meet and sell new projects for murals, graffiti art, and fine art for hotels, restaurants, public projects, etc… Duties:
• Assist in defining the various market segments
• Spend ample time researching and prospecting potential clients
• Cold call client leads and meet prospects
• Prepare and maintain an active database of prospects
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing collateral to use in your presentation and promotion.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Provide impeccable customer service to existing and new clients
• Supply management team with weekly/monthly reports on sales tracking, customer needs, interests…
• Attend events and socialize
• Assist in preparation and attendance of industry exhibitions, develop booths and collaterals, attend industry exhibitions and create pipeline of leads
• Assist in SEO, marketing and online media strategies
• Prepare and present proposals
• Negotiate prices and sell most relevant art requirement
المهارات
• Proven work experience as a sales representative in non-tangible product/service, ideally B2B (Business to Business sales)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a must and has to be perfect
• knowledge of computer softwares, MS Office, excel, presentation tools, etc…
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
