Customer Marketing Manager/Specialist is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the customer marketing related activities within their business and/or product line. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, marcom, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the business today and in the future. Own the link between strategic/product marketing and the sales force/customer.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the target market and competitive landscape to leverage in strategy development
• Drive Segmentation building product / customer profiles
• Enable S&M;to build brand equity and channel strength channel landscape assessments by tier 1 markets contributing to growth
• Drive clear channel strategy with close coordination with sales
• Develop Channel programs that includes sell-out promotions, reseller incentives and in store branding activation
• Work with strategic/segment managers to provide input on customer segmentation; understand value elements critical to customers; value equations; target value propositions to customer segments by putting in place customer marketing plans
• Responsible for MDF management that includes planning of activities with partners, fund allocation and claiming post activity
Support NPI process by facilitating batch launches and ensuring new products are launched successfully in region

• Experience of managing channels within the Middle East
• Experience in preparing presentations & presenting to large groups
• Ability to conduct training to others
• Experience of writing effective business plans
• Experience of dealing with segmentation and voice of customer
• Strong communication skills
