An International Bakery Snacking & Food Co. based in Dubai is urgently seeking a competent HACCP & HYGIENE OFFICER who will lead the company in developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining its food safety and hygiene standards.
Role Description:
• Review and maintain all hygiene and certification standard operating procedures as per required standards
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities to Food Safety and adherence to the regulatory requirements
• Act as auditee in all food safety related third party audits
• Organize for internal training on food safety related issues
• Manage the cleaning crew in order to ensure high levels of hygiene standards are maintained
• Maintain records, prepare reports and ensure clear documentation of the required standards of HACCP, Halaal, and ISO

Strong analytical ability to quickly evaluate information, identify key issues, and formulate conclusions as well as reports based on sound and practical judgment | Proficiency in Microsoft Office| Excellent oral and written communication skills | Ability to work well with people at all levels
Preference will be given to candidates with solid work experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environment, holding a degree in food science or any related field.
