Client: Multinational OEM engaged in the production and marketing of air filtration products used as a means to improve performance efficiency and air quality.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving annual sales goals across the region (UAE, KSA, Qatar & Kuwait) for the comfort Products Equipment and Aftermarket Business.
Plan and direct regional business activities to exceed regional bookings and sales goals.
Manage representative’s sales performance to exceed bookings and sales quotas, while monitoring quoting activities, follow-up and closing success/loss.
Work directly with end-users, engineering firms, OEMs, and strategic accounts to generate leads, get products specified, or develop a better understanding and relationship with the clients products and capabilities.
Provide technical support to the territory reps, contractors, specifying engineers and end customers, including training on features, benefits, and applications of our products and internal systems.
Attend trade shows, conferences and sales meetings to grow sales, generate leads, and identify opportunities.
The role involves traveling across the Gulf.
Salary: AED20K + Benefits + Commission
المهارات
Preferably in Mechanical Engineering
5-6 years in industrial product selling
Full understanding of the sales and applications of the air filtration industry would be an added advantage
Fluent communication in English
Access, analyze and evaluate data, particularly for developing sales strategy and budgets
Troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, particularly in an executive level
Good negotiation and decision making skills
