The Company:
A well reputable company specializing in automotive spare parts based in UAE.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reception:
• Greeting and offering assistance to the guests/customers walking into the reception area
• Providing guests/customers refreshments while waiting for the requested assistance to meet them wherever they are to take over
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns (if any) promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary
• Taking a message for the staff in their absence and conveying it once he / she is available
• Attending to customer needs and understanding their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.
Telephone:
• Handling all incoming calls
• Greeting and offering assistance to the customers calling in
• Noting down the name and phone number of the caller, date and time of call, customer requirements and their vehicle model if related to requirement
• Logging the data in the system
Emails/WhatsApp:
• Handling general enquiries through emails and WhatsApp
• Replying to emails and WhatsApp promptly and courteously making sure relevant data is collected (name, phone number, requirements and vehicle model)
• Forwarding the enquiry to the team members as per the enquiry type
General:
• Facilitating customer service delivery by offering appointments if/when necessary
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of personnel and procedures
• Taking care of other related tasks as required.
