Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations
Liaise daily with Outlet Chefs to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
Complete daily checks of all mis en place to ensure freshness and quality standards
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned
المهارات
Open to Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Myanmar, Sri Lankan, Thailand, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Nigeria and Uganda nationalities
Male or Female, 20 to 30 years old below
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role
Strong exposure on BBQ Grilling
In depth knowledge of running kitchen station, sanitation principles and food preparation
Extreme healthy food knowledge, cooking skills, inventory and ordering skills
HACCP certification is an advantage
Has great attention to details and passionate
Presentable with good hygiene
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Can join immediately (visit/cancelled visa preferred)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up 3,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
