Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
Prepare, cook and service all food items for a la carte andor buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned
المهارات
Open to Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Myanmar, Sri Lankan, Thailand, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Nigeria and Uganda nationalities
Male or Female, 30 years old below
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
Knowledge in international cuisine is an advantage
Must have a good cooking method and cutting skills
With HACCP certificate
Must be a fast learner and a team player
Knowledgeable in food and kitchen hygiene
Good communication skills
Can join immediately (visit/cancelled visa preferred)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up 2,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications
