• Coordinating with consultant-client to kick off site to start project construction; making all necessary arrangement of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval.
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce and Subcontractor workforce for successful completion of the project.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Liaising with the clients/consultants for the successful & timely completion of the project
• Attending all site weekly meetings & developing action plan against the points discussed and preparation of minutes of meeting
• Preparation of project schedule keeping track of each activity in order to complete on time
• Analyzing bottleneck of project and taking immediate preventive action to bring in project timeline
• Good Handling of manpower management / Labour management / Sub Contractor management / Supplier management
• Handled the overall implementation of the projects as a Project In-charge for execution & maintenance
• Involved in planning major projects & resolving conflict issues during execution
• Trained large number of crew at several places with targeted completion date
• Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
المهارات
The candidate has 8-12 Year of Project Management experience in Interior Fitout Industry including 4 years of Dubai/UAE experience is a must.
Education: Civil Engineer
Must have UAE Driving License.
