الوصف الوظيفي Strategic HR alignment: to set the department objectives and the organization objectives in coordination with and GM, and ensure those objectives are in line with the company goals and strategy in order to enhance business results. Maintain the work Structure by updating job requirements and Job Descriptions for all positions. Policies and Processes: Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment laws and ensuring that Line Managers are up to date with changes to any policies Resource Planning, recruitment and Talent acquisition: define with the RH and GM their needs in resources allocation according to business requirements, define the required competencies and capabilities and lead recruitment process. Employee Evaluation and Performance Management: conduct the employee MPE. In coordination with the HR team develop and implement the tools to measure achievements and performance against objectives. Support Line Managers on performance issues and processes. Learning & Development: implementing the training and development agenda in close coordination with the Senior Management; identify areas that need attention and improvement, and ensure optimal follow up. Prepare new joiners for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Succession Planning: Implement in close coordination with Senior Management and HR team a succession planning process. Support the process to map key positions, identify, develop and retain key people. Compensations & Benefits: ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and other legislations, assist in development of country policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function, monitor reviews of compensation and benefits package to maintain market positioning. Organizational development and change management: Support organizational and cultural change in close collaboration with senior Management. Contribute to elaborating the communication strategy and plan related to these changes and support implementation. Employee Services and employee engagement: staff wellbeing, safety, motivation, managing employees’ satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement. Employee Relations: including managing absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolutions. Preparing and Managing HR Budget. Handle Administration part. Support and advise senior and line management with regard to all HR matters. المهارات Bachelor degree in HR , Business Administration, Accounting, finance , etc. .
